LADO PERIFÉRICO has installed an automatic pneumatic platform which simplifies the separation of the rump and surloin from the rear quarter of a cow. This equipment has been installed in a highly automated cutting room in France, with a large output capacity.
This equipment is built entirely out of stainless steel and fabricated in Portugal.
LADO PERIFÉRICO is now an authorized distributor for the french manufacturer of slaughtering, cutting and packaging products and equipment TERMET SOLEFI.
It is now easier to acquire exclusive products such as the "Clip'Air 800" weasand clip rodder, hot water spray knife sterilizer "Total Clean", "MATADOR" stunning gun, etc.
Following negotiations started in July, LADO PERIFÉRICO is now the representative in Portugal for BLASAU, catalonian slaughtering and cutting equipment manufacturer.
LADO PERIFÉRICO has reached a representation agreement with BAERT, to be its distributor in the Portuguese and Angolan markets.
BAERT is exclusively dedicated to the project, design, manufacturing and installation of cow, sheep and pig stabling and shelters, in agreement with the Protection of Animals at the Time of Killing EU Regulation (CE 1099 / 2009).
LADO PERIFÉRICO is now the Portuguese distributor for the reputed French brand of tripe processing equipment MCM.
This brand owns the BITTERLING line of equipment, world leader in tripe processing.
A system for the application of lactic acid over beef carcasses has been recently adjudicated to us, and is currently being implemented.
This system reduces the bacterial load on the carcasses.
